The REWARD Program is a free, eight to nine week course of study designed to give graduates the skills required to succeed in today's Global Economy. It is designed to prepare citizens for employment while at the same time offering industry employers a program to ensure new employees will bring a base level of skill sets to the workplace.

Our goal is to develop a pool of qualified entry level workers for new and existing businesses who are capable of producing quality work in an efficient, timely and safe manner.

Our curriculum is built on practical vocational and academic skills. In this setting, academic skills are the means to job readiness, not the main goal of the program.

Students can improve reading and math skills several grade levels with instructional class time and computer-based supplements designed to improve their individual skill levels.

Graduates earn a certificate of completion, create a resume, assemble their WorkKeys™ test scores, and if earned, receive a WorkKeys™ Career Readiness Certificate.
